Dee Thomas worked at The Boeing Company for 27 years as an Instructional Trainer/International Consultant, working with teams to improve performance, communication, and partnerships. She created, developed, and delivered training courses in topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, resume writing, applicant interviewing, and teambuilding. She was also a Facilitator at the Boeing Leadership Center for 5 years, bringing company leaders and participants together to share business knowledge.
Additionally, she has worked for companies including Disneyland, Marriott Corporation, McDonnell Douglas, Unisys, and the State of California, San Bernardino as a Trainer/Assistant Personnel Director. Throughout her career she has had external clients such as the American Bar Association, Hills Pet Food, and Western Digital.
She has volunteered at Working Wardrobes for the past 18 years as a Trainer and Success Coach, working with clients facing barriers like homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, and veteran workforce re-integration.
